With more than 25 years of executive experience in the automotive aftermarket, distribution, and international trade, I operate at the intersection of strategy and execution ,where growth is delivered, not discussed.

My career has been defined by taking ownership of complex, multi-country operations and turning them into structured, high-performing businesses. From leading full P&L at country level to expanding distribution networks across the Balkans, Turkey, and Europe, I focus on one thing: delivering measurable results.

I have led organizations through market entry, expansion, and transformation phases , strengthening commercial performance, optimizing operations, and building teams that execute with clarity and accountability. I am not a passive leader. I make decisions, take responsibility, and drive outcomes in environments where speed, structure, and resilience are critical.
